About me:

After having some of my own mental health issues, then coming out as queer, followed by having a spinal cord injury-breaking my neck and almost dying. for the past 17-years I have needed to use a power wheelchair. Therefore, I understand how difficult and how traumatic life can be. I had almost no professional mental health help while going through the most challenging in my life. I decided to use the stress in these situations to propel me forward and develop my own coping mechanisms and methods for dealing with my trauma. So, my own personal life experience combined with my excellent education, and job experience makes me a very well-rounded therapist. If I can go from rock-bottom to rockstar then I will do my part, and if you do your part you can get there too.
